FAQ: "How many hours will I need?"

Answer: Here is my recommendation for an average wedding.

Pre-Ceremony
Bride and Bridesmaids
Posed and some Photojournalistic/Candids
60 Minutes

Groom and Groomsmen
Posed and some Photojournalistic/Candids
30 Minutes
 Ceremony
Atmosphere (inside and out), Photo-journalistic and Candids as well as the ceremony itself.
45 Minutes
 Post Ceremony
Bride & Groom, Bridal Party, Family and Friends. These will be the more formal group shots.
45 Minutes

Standard Reception60-180 Minutes (1-3 Hour coverage)
Atmosphere, Receiving Line, Introductions, Toasts, Prayer, Dinner, Cake Cutting, First Dance, Bouquet Toss, Garter Toss, General Dancing.

 Multiple Locations
I require drive time PLUS 15 minutes between each location so that I can pack and unpack equipment at the next location (as well as scout the new location). Full coverage usually involves three different locations: getting ready location, ceremony location, then reception location. The time noted on the right uses an average 10 minute drive time between locations and the standard "Plus 15 minutes".
75 Minutes

So for an average full wedding / reception, you'll need approximately 5 to 6 Hours.

FAQ:"There is a time gap between the ceremony and the reception. Can I start the service hours, then stop the service hours during the gap, then restart the service again when the reception begins?"

Answer: Service hours are consecutive hours and therefore cannot "stop" then "restart". Any time gaps between events during the day are charged at my standard hourly rate.

Unlimited Exposures
"FAQ:How many pictures can I expect?"
Answer:This is a difficult question to answer as it will be based on the number in your bridal party, the number of different locations, the different events occurring during your ceremony and reception, as well as various other situations... There is no limit to the amount of exposures I take. I will take pictures at ALL opportune moments. However, on average, you can expect approximately 60-70 proofs for each hour of service.

Unlimited Locations
FAQ:"I would like photos taken at several different locations. Is there an extra charge for this?"
Answer: No. Unlimited locations within the coverage area are included with most packages...as long as time permits .
